Concorde’s sister company, Blue Rock Construction Services, LLC, oversees all the construction and maintenance projects for the firm as well as jobs for third party clients. Blue Rock has been contracted over the years to build many structures in the Lincoln and surrounding areas. Blue Rock has been involved with a myriad of construction types including commercial (multi-family, office, retail, industrial, medical, hospitality, etc.) and residential. We have completed numerous tenant improvement build-outs, large redevelopments, remodels as well as ground up construction.
